"Global Warming" is so 2007

Al Gore's favorite phrase is out of vogue. The new phrase is "Climate Change." Why the need for the updated lingo? Because evidence shows that the natural warming cycle of the earth is ending and now a cooling cycle has started. According to this link, http://www.mcclatchydc.com/homepage/story/53884.html , the Alaskan glaciers grew last year thanks to the cold weather. Move south to Oregon where this link http://www.eastoregonian.info/print.asp?SectionID=13&SubSectionID=48&ArticleID=83885&TM=29612.53 says a 118 year old record was broken for a low temperature. Let's not forget about the global warming state of California, where green is the new black. This article http://www.pressdemocrat.com/article/20081014/NEWS/810140335/-1/frontpage?Title=Frost__one_more_thing__for_grape_growers states that temperatures in some parts of the state haven't been this cold since 1893. Expect to pay more for that Chardonnay. I guess "Global Cooling" doesn't have the same ring to it as "Climate Change," the new buzzword for 2009.
